Bukit One Subsidiary Wins Bid for Park Hill Condo Site at Bukit Timah Link for S$200 Million in 99-Year Leasehold Arrangement, Translating to S$14,457 per Square Meter of GFA as Announced by URA


In recent news, the Urban Redevelopment Authority (URA) has announced that Bukit Sembawang Estates’ subsidiary, Bukit One, has successfully acquired the property situated at Bukit Timah Link. Through a 99-year leasehold arrangement, the winning bid of S$200 million was declared by URA’s documents. This equates to S$14,457 per square meter of the total gross floor area (GFA) of the site. Out of the five contenders for the Park Hill Condo project, Bukit One emerged as the highest bidder, securing the Park Hill Condo site. The tender for this highly coveted location was open from August 31 and concluded on November 3.
