Address the growing poverty across the US, and support sustainable energy sources like solar, geothermal, and wave energy, along with small organic farmers. Retrain long-term unemployed Americans, and be sure American citizens are given top priority in jobs, and quality health care. End tax havens, abolish Taft Hartley, support real living wages, and genuine quality health care, (not regressive insurance mandates) by expanding and opening Medicare with a Medicare for All-Single Payer system. Impose a Wall Street speculation tax, reinstate Gass Steagall, and overturn Citizens United.
